At Platte Ridge Farm we have selected our broodmares based first on conformation,
then disposition, bloodlines and lastly color. We have a select group of mares from
excellent Foundation Shetland bloodlines and the majority of our mares are Foundation
Certified with the ASPC.
We have divided our mares on to several pages. This allows us to put up more than
one picture of each mare and should keep page load time down for those visitors who
