Silk is one of those mares that just gets
better and better every day. We
purchased her as a weanling from Oneka
Ponies and loved her style and disposition
then and we love them even more today.
Silk started her show career as a yearling.
She was stunning even then but a bit too
extreme in looks for the Classic show ring so
we chose to show her Modern Pleasure. Silk
earned many Top 5 and Top 10 National All
Star rankings as a yearling.
We brought Silk back out into the show ring
in the Classic Division at the National
Shetland Congress in 2005 where she
placed Top 10 in every class she was shown
in after a year out of the ring.
Silk produced fillies sired by Unique in 2007,
2008, and 2009. She will be bred back to
Unique for 2011.

debut in 2008.
Two of Delicate's foals have made
there mark in the show ring on the
West Coast - Royal Devine Design and
Plattes Undeniably Royal. Plattes
Unparalleled has been showing in the
Midwest and Texas and was pinned
Congress Champion Modern Pleasure
Yearling Stallion, Under at the 2009
Shetland Congress.
Delicate is bred back to Unique for a
