Hope is a lovely flaxen chestnut minimal Splash
White mare with one blue eye and one hazel eye.
She joined the Platte Ridge herd in 2004 and fast
became a favorite. Hope has beautiful movement
and she loves to show it off out in the pasture. She
is one of those ponies that watches everything that
goes on around her and is incredibly curious.
We were very priviledged in 2005 to be able to
breed Hope to the great senior herdsire of Royal
Pony Farm - Royal Red Viking. Hope foaled a
beautiful colt in 2006 that we have retained as a
future herdsire Her 2007 filly sired by Unique was
exported to Germany. In 2008 Hope produced a
beautiful black pinto filly sired by Wauk-A-Way Brave
Bear that we are retaining as a future broodmare.
